Are you based in Canada or the USA?

We are 100% Canadian owned and operated. We ship rentals across Canada.

Where are you located?

We have offices in Niagara Falls (Toronto) and Ottawa, with partners in Montreal and beyond.

How much does a silent disco cost?

Pricing depends on your event size and format. You can rent as few as 25 headphones to 2000+. We offer flexible options based on your needs.

How many headphones and channels can you supply?

We have access to over 2000 headphones across 1–3 channels.

For larger conference formats, expanded multi-channel setups (as outlined in our event guide) are available.

We now have 10 channel headphone technology available.

What is the range of your transmitters?

Our transmitters have a range of up to 300m / 1000ft with clear audio.

How long do the headphones last?

Headphones last 8–10 hours on a full charge and arrive fully charged and cleaned.

They recharge in approximately 2 hours.

Chargers can be provided for multi-day events at a minimal cost.

Do I need power at my venue?

Yes. Transmitters require power to operate.

Headphones are wireless and battery powered.

We also offer battery-powered transmitters for remote locations at an additional cost with turn key service: DJ, lighting, audio visual support and more.

Where can I host a silent disco?

Almost anywhere. Silent events can be held indoors or outdoors. All that’s required is power for transmitters (or battery solutions for remote sites).

Can I connect my own DJ, laptop, or device?

Yes. You can connect a laptop, iPhone, tablet, mixer, or video feed. We provide the necessary cables*, and DJs can plug in directly.

What types of events are silent discos suitable for?

Silent events are suitable for:

They are ideal for venues with sound restrictions. Or for clients wanting to offer a new experience to their guests.

What kind of music can be played?

Music depends entirely on your event. Options include:

80’s, 90’s, 00’s, rock & roll, house, RnB, hip hop, disco, singalongs, and custom DJ sets.

We can provide experienced DJs tailored to your audience and event vibe.

What rental options do you offer?

We offer three main formats:

DIY option – Headphones shipped with setup instructions.

Involved option – A technician delivers and sets up equipment. Quote provided for this option once we have more details from you.

Turn Key / Full Production option – We provide headphones, DJs, setup, and full event management. Quote provided for this option once we have more details from you.

Do you require a reservation fee?

Yes. A 50% reservation fee is required to secure your booking.

Additional payment terms are outlined closer to the event date.

What happens if equipment is lost or damaged?

Our headphones are heavy-duty and built for festivals and events.

However, lost or damaged equipment beyond repair is chargeable as per contract terms.

To make sure no equipment go missing, we recommend: refundable deposits upon returning the headphones, ID holds until the headphones are returned, signage, one way in & one way out, etc.

Do you offer insurance documentation and wet weather plans?

Yes. We carry public liability insurance and can provide documentation upon booking.

For outdoor events, we can relocate indoors if available.

If rescheduling is required, please see our cancellation/rescheduling clause on our contract. 

What is the difference between 1-channel and 3-channel events?

If you have 1 channel or 1 transmitter, means that only one audio opton will available to attendees of your event. If you have 3 channels or 3 transmitters, your attendees will be able to select all 3 channels on the headphones: red, green or blue.

Imagine this, a multi-channel DJ battles and conference formats. It could be a conference with multiple stages or many languages offered.

Do you offer multi-day or large-scale conference pricing

We have a standard one day rate available, but for longer rentals, we do offer preferential depending on your needs. Contact us for more details.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better to lock in your equipment to ensure availability. Most clients book in their event with us 6-12 weeks before their event. 

Do you ship nationwide and how does return shipping work?

Absolutely! We ship nationwide with our trusted partner UPS, and when you’re ready to return the equipment, simply use the prepaid shipping label that comes in the original box we sent you.

Are silent discos eco-friendly?

Yes, they are. We use rechargeable onboard batteries in each headphone. We can get many years of usage before needing replacement.

How do silent events help with venue sound restrictions?

Either your venue has a sound restriction or maybe it’s an outdoor barn for a wedding or a dance party in the middle of a football field. Since you can have any of these events with our headphones without any amplified sound, this means you can have any event that you wish in pretty much any venue you can imagine. 

It engages everyone that puts a pair of headphones on with an immersive experience without making a sound.
