When your order the headphones, they arrive to you cleaned and charged. The transmitters are packed neatly in the box alongside the audio connection you require for your event. In less than 15 minutes you’re ready to start your silent party. Easy as Plug and Play.

Silent Event FAQs
We are located in Canada with 2 offices.
We have an office located in St Catharines (near Toronto) and one office in Ottawa. We are 100% Canadian based and operated. We ship accros Canada. We also have partners across Ontario and Quebec.
Do I need to pay a reservation fee?
Yes, a reservation fee of 50% is required to secure the headphones for your booking. The balance is to be paid closer to your event date.
Where can I have a silent disco?
Anywhere! The beauty of silent disco is that it can take place pretty much anywhere. All you need is power for the transmitters and away you go. We have battery packs available for remote locations.
How much does a silent disco cost?
We have many different options for hire so it’s up to you. You can rent as little as 25 headphones to to as many as 2000+.
What happens if I break or lose something
Our headphones are heavy duty and are extremely tough for festivals and events. However, if you damage something beyond repair or lose anything then this will be chargeable as per our contract.
How do I set it up?
Our equipment is so easy to set up and use with plug and play. We are here to coach you to get set-up. Also closer to your rental we will send you a how-to set-up your silent event video.
1. Submit a Quote
Use our Request a Quote form to quickly submit your request.

2. Payment
Once we send your contract, has a link to our authorization form. When you fill this out, you’ll be securing your date with a 50% reservation fee. 7 days before your event or shipping the equipment, the remainder of the invoice will be charged as well as a refundable security deposit.
3. Shipping
If have opted for a local pick-up, our team will send your the instructions on how to do so closer to your rental date. Still giving you enough time to get comfortable with the equipment.
4. Return Equipment
UPS return labels are in the box, just put them on and call UPS or drop off at your local UPS office.
5. Your Silent Event
You will receive the equipment you ordered about 1 or 2 days before your event. This should give you enough time to test the equipment and make sure you’re comfortable.
If you’re near one of our offices and opted for local delivery and/or free pick up/return. Our amazing staff will coordinate with you.
